Beware before doing business with this company. We’ve been with them for several years. Our bill is set up for automatic payments each month. This month instead of the usual $722 being drafted $1082 was drafted. I’ve called and emailed for 2 days with minimal assistance. The explanation I got was “oh this extra amount was from an unpaid balance back in 2022” that was 4 YEARS AGO! I have multiple policies through Christopher Williams Farmers Insurance. I have a huge problem with my commercial business Insurance. I have been sent cancellations for nonpayment of endorsements I was never aware of. And the icing on the cake is I had to call the broker myself to handle these issues. Also, he never sent me my insurance renewal or Audit information. I would avoid at all costs. Once he sells, he is GONE!
