Chad Payne is the reason I am a customer of Farmers Insurance. He listens to what I need and make sure I get the most bang for my buck. Farmers is a huge company, however Chad makes his customers feel like they are top priority. He answers every call, ALL questions, and walks you through the claim process step by step if you’re ever in a situation.
