Couldn’t get past the gal who answered the phone wouldn’t share any information as to the policies and plans that they have available without my mom signing a form or making an appointment to come in even though I’m in the industry and I completely understand what my mom needs and I’m looking for general plan Information. So instead, I’m told to go to medicare.gov. Thanks for the help.
Kim came out to speak with my mom. She made things clear and understandable for her. Her yearly update is finished and she can now ignore all the calls and mailing. Thank you.
