If you want to work a job that includes talking to people, consider being nice or simply cordial with clients. Chavela treated my mother with extreme rudeness and presumably dislikes children. My mother was humiliated by Chavela after she insisted multiple times that she did not know how to care for my nephew and continued to make unnecessary comments. Incredibly rude and unprofessional woman. She acts like you're inconveniencing. She's always tired and won't hesitate to let you know that. Her son is cool and that's the only reason I kept going there.
Horrible agent - stay away! Terrible service, terrible attitude, cramped office - NOT recommended
I've been with them for years, and I recommend their service. Always on top of things, and if anything happens, I always receive calls. Always looking out for their customers.
