Incredibly rude and unprofessional woman. She acts like you're inconveniencing. She's always tired and won't hesitate to let you know that. Her son is cool and that's the only reason I kept going there.
Horrible agent - stay away! Terrible service, terrible attitude, cramped office - NOT recommended
