Having not lived in Midland in over 14 years, I had forgotten what it was like to receive good service from insurance agents/companies. After years of inattentive service from offices in Austin & Houston, it's nice to be able to have real human contact again, from folks who seem to really care about "ensuring" you're properly "insured."
