ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE. This agent inherited my account. In September of 2024, just by accident, I discovered, while reviewing my checking account, that my July homeowners insurance payment had not been automatically withdrawn from my account, but my auto insurance had been withdrawn. I rarely post a negative review on any business but I am absolutely astounded by the lack of service we have received from this agency. We’ve been paying insurance on a vehicle that doesn’t even exist for four months due to an incorrect VIN number AFTER we had given the correct info to the agency. We’ve made numerous requests for a correction to be made to our policy.
