Disappointed with this agency. We were told our current Farmers policy would be ended and were forced to switch, we switched to a new one still managed through this agency and even though we tried to take care of everything a week or more in advance, the agent/company failed to cancel our previous policy in time which has created issues with my home lender. I have had to coordinate terrible customer service lines, submit documentation that should have been handled by the agency and may have to pay more or apply their refund ... read more
This company was terrible to work with, constant technical issues which made me have to visit their office regularly, rates would randomly change on the rare occasion that monthly payments did work, and the customer service left me none the wiser as to why the issues kept happening. Trying to change my policy was so difficult I would've preferred just switching to another company, something I have gladly done now. Made a stop at the rathdrum office at 9:28. They were suppose to open at 8. Doors locked. Another individual was ahead of me. Another reason to get rid of farmers
