Have been trying for over 2 weeks to get them to take my money to RENEW 2 flood policies we have with them that were supposedly canceled by mistake. They are blaming FEMA with no other explanation. Supposedly fixing it every day since then...still no coverage. About to contact State Board of Insurance to see what the problem is. Meanwhile need a new agent!
