I've been with Farmer's Insurance for 25+ years mainly in California. I've have moved to New Mexico 2 1/2 years ago. Caroline Telles has been my agent ever since. She's a professional lady. Caroline takes the time to explain every policy changes or updates with me. Caroline will explain claims process also. Caroline has been their for all my insurance needs. I'll continue to use Farmer's Insurance as long as she's my Agent. Farmer's should be to have her as one of their agents.
