I used Burke Trail for my personal auto and renter's insurance and had the worst experience that I've ever had with an insurance agent in my whole life. Skylar was my agent. I reached out to her to change my address on my policy at least two times that I know of and it was never done. I asked her to shop some quotes for me before my policy renewal date and she never got back with me. I had a 10 AM appointment scheduled with her today and she never called.
