I have done many training and many in person training as well, and I have to say Diane Harris has been incredibly rude to me. I don’t know how I got on her bad side when I only met her for a couple minutes in class, but she definitely was not kind through the whole process. She has a bad attitude for no reason. Targeted me the whole class and single with me out as well very disappointed with how she teaches.
Brian is a top notch insurance agent! He's very knowledgeable and responsive. I always feel like I am treated like family. Highly recommend!
I have been a USAA customer for over 9 years. Every year my homeowners and my auto insurance have increased. We have zero claims and no tickets or accidents. The customer service was horrendous. I decided to get some new quotes for the two policies, and Corrina was AWESOME! She even worked on Saturday, and our home and auto insurance was reduced by $1602.00 a year!
