We have been a satisfied customer of Brian Hillyer Farmers Insurance agency for more than 20 years and thought it was about time to express our appreciation for the outstanding service and support received by both Leanne Gonzales and Dottie Hillyer. They have always been proactive and extremely responsive to our needs. I truly appreciate their dedication to us as a customer, and highly recommend this agency to others.
My mom had her auto and renters insurance for 7+ years with no claims in which I discovered she was being overcharged for about the past 5 years. After identifying this they had her jumping through hoops to prove it and ended up with a insulting $60 account credit. Now after comparing quotes for other companies they are still $40 per month more than other companies. This business lacks good customer service skills and is over priced.
