Bill does not return emails or calls. We requested switching our auto on numerous occasions and he plain out did not call back. I transferred to another farmers agent who got it done in a day, saving us $245 every 6 months. Review of our homeowners also showed areas where he just errored. I am so glad I didnt need his help for a claim, I can imagine that would have been a nightmare.
