I had two policies with Farmers through this office. One came up for renewal I chose not to renew, notified the agency through email. I received a bill for two weeks after the policy expired telling me these policies don't expire without written notification. The bill was for the time period after my email conversation with Amy, and included a twenty dollar late fee.
