Been with Andy for years now. He's always available to help, including nights and weekends. He also hires very well. Everyone in the office is pleasant, helpful and responsive.
Completely unprofessional. Found out today my policy was canceled a year ago - no notice received, no phone call from Andy, no email from Andy. I even had an email exchange with him just last month about an update to policy information and he still didn't think to mention that the policy I was asking to update was canceled a year ago. An Agent of any kind is supposed to look out for their clients interests and this guy utterly failed.
