After 10 years of loyal service Farmers raised my rates 70 dollars a month after I removed my home owners insurance. When I complained they made no effort to fix this and said that after being "pro-rated" for 4 month (at 200 dollars a month!!!!) I'd still have a nearly 50 dollar a month increase. They were pretty snooty about it over the phone and made it sound like these rates were normal (which they are not and I have a great driving record as well).
