This agency recently changed hands so I don't know about the current agent though I suspect he is working hard to gain business. Former owner was fairly nasty when it came time to a claims issue. for work, I deal with many claims so I know what to expect and unfortunately the service from the agent was poor regarding the claim as well as from the overall company. I have however had a good experience with Farmers claims in the past while working for my own customers.
Andrea is very friendly and helpful!! I'm very grateful to have her to contact for all my insurance needs.
