I came in to make my payment the other day and while I was there requested some info regarding the second half of my policy for the year as I was not understanding the charges. Kimberly was there and assisted in helping me. We couldn't get the answers at first but she emailed me to explain the details. I've had such personalized service every time I've been in the office here in Ramona no matter who has assisted me but Kimber is the one who wrote up my policy and she always is so helpful and genuinely interested in my needs.... read more
