I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Farmers insurance . Despite multiple attempts, my phone calls regarding my claim were never returned. Not only was my coverage neglected when I needed it most, but the complete lack of communication showed me how little they value their customers. Because of this poor service, I had no choice but to cancel my policy. I would strongly caution others against trusting them with their insurance needs.Â
My experience in seeking auto and home owners insurance with Al Snell was great. His knowledge, expertise and patience were exceptional! He even got me a great quote on life insurance. It was a pleasurable experience to work with him! Thanks AlÂ
