I was very impressed with Alan until I had to make a valuable personal property claim using my insurance policy that was supposed to cover what was lost. After months of back and forth with Farmer’s, it turns out that the policy that Alan sold me, the one I had been paying for for 3 years, did not actually cover me at all. I have no words for the amount of incompetence involved here. Alan left me and my family completely exposed and has no business being in charge of anyone’s livelihood.
I think the most effective way to review my experience attempting to get workers comp insurance through Alan is to bullet point the facts: June 5th - I had a phone call with Alan and he agreed to help me find coverage. I recently worked with Alan to get a quote for my company insurance, and I must say that I have never had felt more valued. Through a review of my previous insurance he was able to find areas where I was underinsured and made sure that me and my company were protected. Alan worked tirelessly for me. My car was totaled and he not only was empathetic while I was stressed out, he stood tall in contacting everyone on every layer of the claim process. This is the guy you want on your side.
