Went in today to try and get assistance with our homeowners and vehicle policies. Staff was very unhelpful and we will be changing from Farmers after 40+ years.
I cannot recommend this insurance agent enough. Cathy is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful…she went above and beyond to help me out in a very stressful situation. Her customer service was top-notch and I felt like she truly had my best interests at heart. I will definitely be using her for all of my insurance needs in the future. 5 stars! Thanks, Cathy!!
Cathy and her staff just saved me a ton of money and hassle. I can't thank them enough for it! Here's the story: By mistake or intent, someone added themselves to my address. Farmers' automated systems noticed and added them to my policy. I have a clean driving record with no claims on either my auto or renters policy, but as a result of this activity Farmers was going to raise my premium by 240%.
