I cannot recommend this insurance agent enough. Cathy is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful…she went above and beyond to help me out in a very stressful situation. Cathy and her staff just saved me a ton of money and hassle. I can't thank them enough for it! Here's the story: By mistake or intent, someone added themselves to my address. Farmers' automated systems noticed and added them to my policy. We’ve have been with Cathy for over 15yrs her service has dropped extremely causing us to seek car n home insurance else where however we only changed agents for our life insurance. When changing our our new insurance agent informed us of a serious issue that,,Cathy didn’t take care of n completed that we thought she handled but she never did! we were highly upset with Cathy, so our new agent explained to us how to close the serious error so it wouldn’t affect our insurance in the future. We were very pleased leaving Cathy.Â
