Terrible Customer Service Ted Miller and his wife (secretary) are unprofessional liars. They cancelled one of my homeowner’s policies without notifying me. Two months later, the mortgage company notified me that I didn’t have insurance on that home. When I contacted my agent, he blamed Farmers for HIS error. All the checks I sent in April had been cashed by Farmers. Ted Miller could not offer any logical explanation for his error or the lack of notification.
