Only posting because one of their agents came up to me at a store here in fairfield saying some weird comments about saying he wants to steal my kid and then had came up to me at my car trying ti get my number right then and there as well as giving me a card but I told him not now and he kept pushing it. If you guys think having people like this making potential customers uncomfortable then i would definitely not look at going with farmers. His business card says 23rd st richmond so hes obviously not from fairfield located
Second visit to this insurance office. We arrived during posted business hours but had to wait outside due to a temporary closure sign. Service was completed, but the interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming, with no greeting or customer engagement. Parking is also very limited. Would not recommend.
