Good luck trying to get ahold of her. Unprofessional, voice-mail box always full, doesn't respond to emails. After 5 weeks had to contact corporate to have them change my agent and put my new car on. Which literally took 1 phone call and 8 mins of my time. Thanks for sending me glamor shots and post cards of yourself, how about you take care of your customers that have been with you for years.
