In 2019, we purchased living room set that was over $4,000, it was supposedly leather except for backs. When it was delivered the main couch was broken and it wasn't new it wasn't even remotely the same color due to fading, I think they either delivered us a damaged one they had in the back or the one off the sales floor. To many issues arising. 1. When bringing in the furniture they ruined up my paint on my door frames. Until I suggested they could go through the patio door. 2. Poor quality, just daily use in less than a year caused a spring to burst through the back. I have to keep my recliner couch in a specific place so my toddler won't get hurt.
