Went months with a broken dresser. The store employees blowed my phone up for payment but when I needed a manager no one would call me to fix the issue. After 3 “managers” reached out to me and told me they would be on the way to fix it they never showed up. Finally I got someone out here to replace it… with another damaged piece of furniture that they just toss around.
Still harassing me about the chair that was broken l don’t care if you turn it to over to a collection agent and I know it just 143 dollars but you lied you were going to fix the chair and you didn’t l keep making on time and Y’all kept lying
I had an issue with new adjustable bed,because of the dedication/compassion of the store Mgr. He solved the problem. Thanks so much, Look for more blessings.
