The staff was very accommodating. Being on oxygen, they didn't require me to walk back and forth from the bed I was interested in (on the other side of the store) to the sales counter. I was given a comfortable place to sit and they brought everything to me. We had a little hiccup after delivery. There was confusion on the mattress.
