I paid $2,600 in full for a complete bedroom set and was promised a Saturday morning delivery. When I scheduled it a week in advance, I specifically requested the earliest possible slot and was told I was booked as the first delivery of the day. The morning of delivery quickly turned into a full day of excuses and zero accountability. At 9:30 AM, I was told there had been call-outs and they were waiting for a replacement driver. If I could give 0 stars for this customer service, the lack of empathy and the unprofessionalism within this company, I would! I have been dealing with a broken bed AND night stand for well over 7-8 months. Which for 2/3 of the months the bed was still able to be slept in. The slats and bed side rails have since then broke from the weight on the uneven bed so my bed is currently sitting on the floor on top of the box springs.
