Definitely not going back. The lady, Judy, at the Millen, Ga store has a serious problem. She constantly calls my husband, harassing him on when he will make the next payment even when he paid it the day before. Judy's higher up even told her not to bother us that she will hande our account herself, yet Judy still calls and gets a very rude attitude when speaking to us. We aren't even the only ones Judy does this to. Corporate really needs to do something about this lady.

we were offered forgiveness when the hurricane hit allowing our payment to only be deferred to the end of our contract but we were charged a late fee. Also we were not notified of any affects it had on our account. We were not told that we couldn't add anything to our account after the forgiveness. We had our dryer serviced, we weren't made aware that it wasn't a manufacture issue so we were billed. I wpuld give ZERO stars if that were possible!! Customer service is terrible! No one knows what they're doing. It took weeks before we even got our furniture. I went in to pay off the furniture early over a year ago and now I am getting letters stating my account is 60 days delinquent. One day they tell you it's not your fault and you should've never received a letter, the next they're telling you that you do in fact owe them money. Bull crap way to run a business!!! I purchased a little kitchen cart for $234. The door will not shut stay shut the drawer has a strip screw in it so the handle will not stay on and the drawer doesn’t open properly. I purchased this card from the farmers furniture in Milledgeville, Georgia, and they have done nothing to help me. I will never buy another piece of furniture from farmers furniture.
