I purchased a little kitchen cart for $234. The door will not shut stay shut the drawer has a strip screw in it so the handle will not stay on and the drawer doesn’t open properly. I purchased this card from the farmers furniture in Milledgeville, Georgia, and they have done nothing to help me. I will never buy another piece of furniture from farmers furniture.
Farmers Furniture in Douglas County, Ga on Fairburn Rd, is horrible. I purchased my furniture two months ago and paid for the furniture on a credit card. Sounds simple right? Mr. Rick the store manager still can’t figure out why or how the paid furniture is being charged as if I haven’t paid for it. I informed them that I would be shipping out to basic training and that upon my return, I would catch up on payments and settle my account. However, the representative I spoke with was quite rude, stating that they would not wait for me to complete basic training before paying off my account and threatened to sue me. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FARMERS! I bought this set 2 years ago, it was delivered damaged and they claimed because if the pandemic they couldn’t take it back, so they sent someone to fix it, its been fixed SEVERAL TIMES SINCE THEN!! Every single time i call about it, they just brush it off! They the ones who should be GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!
Location in fort valley is horrible. Manager has no people skills.
