I will NEVER get anything else from these people, NEVER. I have been with them since 2016, they have triple charged me for everything I've gotten. Of course they'll give you credit. They're loan sharks! I have reported them to the BBB. When I pay this 168, they better not ever call my phone again. Worst company ever

Definitely not going back. The lady, Judy, at the Millen, Ga store has a serious problem. She constantly calls my husband, harassing him on when he will make the next payment even when he paid it the day before. Judy's higher up even told her not to bother us that she will hande our account herself, yet Judy still calls and gets a very rude attitude when speaking to us. We aren't even the only ones Judy does this to. Corporate really needs to do something about this lady.

we were offered forgiveness when the hurricane hit allowing our payment to only be deferred to the end of our contract but we were charged a late fee. Also we were not notified of any affects it had on our account. We were not told that we couldn't add anything to our account after the forgiveness. We had our dryer serviced, we weren't made aware that it wasn't a manufacture issue so we were billed. When I spoke to farmers about the invoice they said they would pay it but VOID my warranty so they could get their money back! ... read more
