I ordered a headboard that was part of a full bed. But was told I could order just the headboard if that was all I wanted. Was told ahead if time that the screws didn't come with it. When it was delivered it didn't have the legs to the headboard that you screw into the frame either. No one seems to have an answer for me other than returning it. We were greeted immediately by the store manager. At a different furniture store, we were ignored. Someone was with us from start to finish while we looked at furniture. They worked with us when we were unable to receive the furniture on the targeted date that it was to be delivered
One of the best kept secrets in Columbia. Imagine this a manager that is straight forward and tells the pros and cons of something your looking for. Spent over an hour just talking and getting set up for a new TV. Their smart credit is easy to get approved for. Delivery was quick and very professional. Highly recommend. So much better than those rent a center or aarons
Wonderful customer service from the time we walked in the door until when they delivered the furniture. Great selection of furniture as well. A perfect experience
