I was an employee for about two years at Farmer Fridge. This review is based on my experience I had with FF CICERO LOCATIONS. They have a lot of learning to do. The whole company is out of compliance and only some know how to maintain it. This company was ok untill the HR manager Gordy was hired. I believe he hates women. He is also rasicst. Since he entered those doors it's been a bozo show. He got crazy with me and forgot he was at work he came up on me like he wanted to fight so I had to show him my rights.He doesn't know... read more
