I purchased three items and only received one. Their resolution was to refund my $4 eggs but not the $11 sandwich that was stuck in the machine. The salad i did receive was fresh and tasty. However, the poor customer service and dispute resolution practices will linger. I emailed them for a refund, but they are blocking my messages.

Love that there is place with vegan snacks :) ABSOLUTELY amazing!! Please put this in other airports !!
One of the most healthy options for food in the entire O'Hare airport. I seek out Farmer's fridge whenever I travel through O'Hare. I appreciate that they have healthy salads to grab & Go. It was very easy to use their automated touch screen system and the turkey and Apple white cheddar wrap was fresh and tasty.
