I made a few late payments but always paid up and was current. I didn’t receive the letter that I missed a payment and when I contacted them Monday 4/7/25; I was told if I paid $xxx that my policy by 4/11 that it would be reinstated if I wrote and email stating no loses occurred during the lapse. Called today to make the payment and was told they couldn’t do that. I was then told since it lapsed I had to have my policy reviewed by underwriting and wouldn’t hear most likely until Monday.
