On April 29 11:30am I called to speak to customer service about a problem with the service line running from the transformer into the service end into the conduit attached to the service utility pole in the alley way behind my property, had fell away holding on only by the service lines attached to the transformer. And with in 15 minutes of calling the service technician was in the alley working on the problem and maybe 15 minutes later he had the issue fixed and was rolling back out of the alley.
