Did a mobile order and used 100 stars went to pick it up and was missing an item. I was told it was out of stock. I’m assuming someone picked it up. But that’s the farthest thing from my issue. I was very rudely talked to by a male employee who said they could not refund my stars which is pretty much free money that I have accumulated from frequently using the Starbucks app. They way he talked to me was appalling.
