As we were traveling down the road, we crossed a rough break in the roadway. Our fifth wheel camper hitch broke and fell onto the box of our pickup. They will not cover it due to “ normal wear and tear.” This company is a bunch of communists! Look elsewhere for coverage.
This company treats their employees terribly. They force older employees to retire and make all kinds of excuses to force them out so they can hire new people at half the salary. That is why they have terrible service.
Dont under any circumstance buy Farmers Alliance they dont pay anything wind blew up my skylites adjuster said no damage. Had water damage on sheetrock said they would pay 1000. wont even respond had to reseal shop roof cost 4350. they paid 300. took 2 years to get that far.
