If I could zero stars I would. I paid a $6000 retainer in August 2020 for a custody case. I did not get the papers that were to be filed till March 2021. However the papers were not what me and Richard talked about and I asked for the document to be changed. I gave the same amount of time until I tried reaching back out. I finally called the Bar association to find his contact information because the numbers listed one does not work the other goes straight to a generic voicemail. I agree with Taylor Smith on the last review, there's no way possible that no client within the last 3 years have had successful outcomes, I have had a accident case with this firm for 2 years. And referred others to this firm which I will never do again, None of those clients are able to reach the Paralegal, or the attorney in the last couple of years, there's something seriously wrong, I have never had a no contact attorney, paralegal, and secretary (Mrs. Cherry).I had to go through Facebook to reach out to the secretary, ... read more
