I’ve reached out to this company multiple times, hoping for assistance based on the positive experiences some of my colleagues had with their visa services. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Each time I call, I’m met with polite responses and promises of a callback within 24 hours, yet two weeks have passed, and I’m still waiting. If you're not going to follow through, please don’t waste people’s time. Professionalism means more than just courteous phone manners, it requires action and accountability.
