Quality appears to have taken a hit
Not the best Farmer Boys location. We placed our order online for the first time and went to pick it up. The app didn’t specify whether pickup was inside or through the drive-thru, so we went through the drive-thru. When we told them we were just picking up, they responded with, “Ohhh, your order will be ready inside?” It felt unnecessarily complicated—especially since the food wasn’t even ready yet.
