Fast and food is fresh and hot!
They made a simple mistake on my burrito and my dad's burger by including dairy (we are allergic but we didn't specify that, just asked for no dairy). I noticed the next bite had some cheese about halfway through the burrito and luckily caught it in time. Their manager saw me waiting in line with the burrito and immediately approached to resolve the issue fully and kindly and I received the correct food as well as hot fries to go with it :).
