When the customer waits in the lobby almost t minutes to be acknowledged, there's a problem. My wife and I were the only two in the lobby and she had to call out for someone to help us. An employee having lunch in the lobby responded, "she'll be with you in a moment", and continued eating. Fullerton harbor location, friendly service, food is always fresh and hot 10/10
No sense of urgency. Food was barely warm by the time they brought it. No coffee refill offered - $3.69 for a tiny mug. Bathrooms very dirty.
I have gone through the drive-thru many times, but today was my first time dining inside. There were plenty of open tables. I suspect that it's much busier during the day since it's next to a couple of office buildings. There was a booth in the corner that was perfect.
