Chef Brandon and his team absolutely created an unforgettable wedding catering experience for us. We came to them hoping for a fully custom menu pulling from our favorite cultures—Greek desserts (hello, baklava and loukoumades), an Italian cocktail hour with live serving stations, and a Puerto Rican dinner with fresh-roasted pernil over an open fire and arroz con gandules. We had an absolutely spectacular experience with Farm to Fire. They stepped in to cater a special event for us and produced what may have been the most delicious BBQ our family had ever seen (and we had folks in from South Dakota who were career beef producers!). Brandon did an amazing job with the welcome dinner for our wedding weekend. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the presentation exceeded our expectations. All of our guests are still raving about the dinner. Despite the rainy weather, Brandon and his team made it all work seamlessly. Farm to Fire was the perfect choice to kick-start our wedding weekend! I highly recommend Farm to Fire!
