I like that everything comes fresh and local from local farmers. Though I can't always eat at a place that has meat. There have been times that I have been able to not mind that it isn't a vegan restaurant, by the fact that it didn't smell of any meat or fish. I felt confident that the chefs kept some grills separate for vegetables, only, and there were fantastic vegan options. The chefs are attentive and knowledgeable.
