Had a broken transmission belt on my Toro and it was kind of pain to replace without a lift...called and they said they could fix it without a problem...they didn't say it would take 3 weeks to fix a belt! I took it to BT south and had it repaired in 3 hours...graham farm service will never get another dime from me
I called yesterday to inquire about a zeroturn mower. I wanted to know if it was instock before I drove there. Guy on the phone said yes the mower was in stock, I told him I would head that way. He said to talk to Ryan when I got there. So I hooked up my trailer and drove the 40 minutes to the store, I arrived about 50 minutes before closing time. I ask for Ryan and he got up from his chair and took me out to show me the mowers. Price was a little higher than what I had been quoted elsewhere as I had been shopping around. So... read more
The people at this company are so friendly and willing to help and the service is great. They service my Toro each year and when I had an issue with it (a minor one as it turned out), instead of coming to pick it up, they sent someone to fix it the next day. I've been using them a few years and they've never given me any reason not to recommend them 100%.
