I had an issue with our septic pump system and reached out to Duane from Farm-Rite Plumbing and Excavating Ltd. Even though it was a Sunday, he took the time to guide me step-by-step over the phone and helped me diagnose the problem. Thanks to his advice I was able to reconnect the broken hose on the pump and get the system working again. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. For the past week or so, my well has been giving me trouble. Yesterday, I had no water. I called this morning and explained the situation. Duane had to finish up a job in the morning but, was able to come afternoon. He had everything on the truck and knew what we needed. New pump installed and I had water by 5pm. I couldn't have had a better experience.

INCREDIBLE service!! Have never used Farm-Rite before but called to ask about pricing for a septic pump out and a possible failed pump. Spoke with Dwayne and explained we had an alarm go off on our pump which was less than 4 years old. He told us they do not do pump outs, but do install and repair. He then talked us through what he suspected may be the problem and possible solutions we could look at ourselves first that might fix things before having to pay for a costly emergency pump out and/or replacement.
