We appreciate the convenience, great selection, and product quality. Pricing is fair compared to what you would pay at a farmers market. Our only complaint is that their product fulfillment is sloppy. We need to check each delivery carefully to ensure that nothing was forgotten. However, it is very easy to get credit on missing or damaged items. Overall, would recommend.
There is a reason for the low score 3.2 I had an issue tried messaging chat which went ignored or do not work. So I sent an email and got a generic unhelpful response so I called the 800 number and got a condescending person glad to be done with them. Customer service is poor and be careful when you are subscribing do rebills. Be sure to check your credit card statements to protect yourself
Amazing produce and amazing company. This is one of the few regenerative farms left in the US.
REBRAND: Farm fresh PESTS to you. DO NOT BOTHER subscribing if you want convenience or good produce. They have neither. Signed up for a box of veggies and got a BOX FULL of PESTS. Emailed customer care as soon as the box was delivered. Did not get any reply for days. Decided to call them, the agent replies "the bugs/pest should come right off after you wash them." Spamming me with emails and threats when I have already explained that I did not receive their products, I was unaware of the delivery, and would settle the account regardless. They use the typical tactic of not informing customers so that they can make money off ongoing subscriptions. Their prices are extremely overinflated. As someone who goes to local farmers markets I do not recommend this whatsoever. Think of a 3-4x markup for something you'd just pickup for $10 on sunrise.
