I really enjoy the convenience and the quality. The website is easy to use and customize your order. When i set up my service I was speaking to a local person to my area and was friendly and helpful.
Have been a customer for many years, and considering the scale of what they do, FFTY does a great job. They have always made things right when an order is missing something, or if a product is substandard. They were amazing through the 2020-2021 Covid shutdown, and managed to continue good service when overwhelmed with new customers needing home-delivered groceries. Farm Fresh really is a corporation, and there's not much farm fresh about them these days, even if they did start out as growers. I started using them because I wanted someone who took produce seriously. But these days, they are more worried about shipping volume than they are about maintaining the integrity of their product. They (this was freely admitted to me by customer service) pick things that are under-ripe, hold them under refrigeration, and sell them by controlling those variables to produce ripening on a schedule. ... read more
We appreciate the convenience, great selection, and product quality. Pricing is fair compared to what you would pay at a farmers market. Our only complaint is that their product fulfillment is sloppy. We need to check each delivery carefully to ensure that nothing was forgotten. However, it is very easy to get credit on missing or damaged items. Overall, would recommend.
There is a reason for the low score 3.2 I had an issue tried messaging chat which went ignored or do not work. So I sent an email and got a generic unhelpful response so I called the 800 number and got a condescending person glad to be done with them. Customer service is poor and be careful when you are subscribing do rebills. Be sure to check your credit card statements to protect yourself
