Took over 20 minutes to get my açai bowl for it to look like cereal.The customer service sucks and everyone there looks overwhelmed

This place is what most acai places are not, but what they should be. There's no frill here. Instead, FFB provides quality bowls with truly fresh fruit, above-average ingredients, and hearty substance that many trendy places lack. FFB provides something that's healthy, hearty, and delicious - all while staying within a reasonable budget. FFB is a surprisingly rare pot of gold. 5/5
Stopped by with some friends and this place sucks! You would think the food makes up for the awful service but it’s mid at best and they overcharge you to just end up giving you a bowl half full. I guess it’s the same experience for a lot of people.
This guy working the walk up window is incredibly rude, he always has a nasty attitude for no apparent reason, which is awful to start off your morning. It’s the same every time. I hope this place gets the feedback it deserves because they’ve clearly never had any customer service training Dutch bros in the same parking lot is 100 times more hospitable and that should be embarrassing that a corporation is doing better than a small business at hospitality. Do better find new people
