You need to read American National’s negative reviews first. They are 100% true! They mailed out my insurance refund check…. BUT NOT TO ME. They gave me the run around for 6 months now. Still an unsolved mystery for Carol Amyot the Senior Client Service Associate. After speaking to her today she said she will look into it (after 6 months of waiting) and then emailed me the number to billing. ZERO stars for ZERO customer service. I had a wonderful experience with this insurance company! I spoke to the 1(800) number as it is a Saturday and I work at a dealership. I deal with many insurance companies and the two representatives that I spoke to were Phenomenal! Thank you so much Lacey (funny enough we share the same name) and Liz Gallegos!!! They got me over everything I needed very quick and easy. I recommend for sure 100%!
