Be aware that there is alot of breaking in the cars !! The view is is great once your up there
I drove all the way up to the mountain (dead-end) they have a security gate with security there. I asked Security, and the answer was very disappointing. They're not open to public 😒 BUT there is the dirt park beside the freeway for you. You basically hike up to the hills for the picture taken. I didn't come in pair as far as walking shoes and for my own safety, so I didn't get to experience that view.
