Bought a L3200 5 years ago from them. Since then, they have replaced one broken Tachometer cable (warranty) and I have replaced 3. When I explained this to them, their response was "Sorry to hear that". I ordered a fourth cable from them on Monday and was told it would be there on Tuesday. I called them on Tuesday and was told it had to be ordered from Kansas and would be there on Wednesday.
